QSCS was hired for a large, long term project to help support the development and implementation of a new, comprehensive Quality System in addition to the management of validations required for the installation of three large manufacturing lines. Each of these efforts were done successfully and on time.
QSCS was then asked by that client to utilize our Operational Excellence skills to develop and launch a corporate wide Center of Excellence organization. QSCS worked with the leadership of the company and within the corporate structure and culture to develop a program based on three pillars of Six Sigma, LEAN, and Kepner-Tregoe problem solving.
The first wave of 10 Six Sigma projects are complete and delivered $24.7MM in annual savings.
The second Six Sigma wave just launched. Six Sigma, LEAN, and Kepner Tregoe efforts are budgeted to deliver an additional $30MM to the bottom line in 2021 (on top of the aforementioned $24.7MM!).
